Analysis and elimination of common faults in automatic production line

The automatic production line is widely used in agriculture, transportation, trade, medical treatment, service and family. It is an important equipment responsible for raw material transportation. (1) Reasons and solutions for belt slippage during operation of automatic production line:

1. If the starting speed is too fast, skidding can also occur. At this time, it can be started slowly. If a squirrel cage motor is used, it can be started after jogging twice, which can also effectively overcome the slipping phenomenon.

2. If the load of the conveyor belt is too large, it will slip when exceeding the motor capacity. At this time, the favorable side of slipping is that it has a protective effect on the motor. Otherwise, the motor will be burnt after a long time. But for operation, it is skid accident.

3. The initial tension is too small. The tension at the place where the conveyor belt leaves the drum is not enough, causing the conveyor belt to slip. This usually happens at startup.

4. The friction between the drive drum and the conveyor belt is not enough to cause slippage. Most of the reasons are that there is water on the conveyor belt or the environment is wet.

(2) Solution to belt deviation during operation of production line equipment:

1. Adjust the position of the drive drum and the turning drum. The adjustment of driving drum and turning drum is an important part of belt deviation adjustment. Since a belt conveyor has at least 2 to 5 pulleys, the installation position of all pulleys must be perpendicular to the centerline in the length direction of the belt conveyor. If the deflection is too large, deviation will inevitably occur. The adjustment method is similar to that of idler group.

2. Install and adjust the center idler group: there are many types, such as the middle rotating shaft type, four link type, vertical roller type, etc. Its principle is to block or rotate the idler in the horizontal plane, block or generate lateral thrust to make the belt automatically centripetal, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the belt deviation. Generally, it is reasonable to use this method when the total length of the pipeline equipment is short or the pipeline equipment runs in two directions. The reason is that the shorter pipeline equipment is easier to deviate and is not easy to adjust.

3. Adjust the carrying idler group. When the belt of the assembly line deviates in the middle of the whole belt conveyor, the position of the idler group can be adjusted to adjust the deviation; During manufacturing, the mounting holes on both sides of the idler group are machined with long holes for adjustment. The specific method is to which side the belt is biased, which side of the idler group moves forward toward the belt direction, or the other side moves backward.
